Registrations are now open for the International Symposium on Ecosystem Change, Infectious Disease Transmission and Early Warning on 15th & 16th October 2024 at QUT Gardens Point, Brisbane. The symposium is supported by the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations of Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia.
The symposium aims to convene experts in infectious disease epidemiology, environmental epidemiology, statistical modelling and early warning systems, creating a forum for the exchange of perspectives and experiences, and the dissemination of research findings. This event will enable discussion to provide a scientific basis for establishing an early warning system for diseases by exploring the impact of ecosystem changes on the transmission of infectious diseases. Additionally, the symposium will further promote research collaboration on early warning of infectious disease transmission in the Asia-Pacific Region.
The symposium registration and abstract submission is now open, Early bird registration is available until 31st August 2024.
