Dr Sally Savage is a lecturer in the School of Early Childhood and Inclusive Education within the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice. Her research interests include mothers and mothering practices and early childhood music education. Sally's PhD thesis was an intergenerational qualitative study on how involvement with music influenced women's mothering practices. Sally utilises narrative inquiry and feminist methodologies in her research.
