Elizabeth Briant

Elizabeth Briant is an associate lecturer and PhD candidate at QUT.

Her doctoral research explores contemporary social conditions that shape the growing use of private tutoring in Australia, and its implications for the lives of parents, young people and educators. Elizabeth is a registered school teacher, and teaches education units in the areas of sociology and professional experience.
