Centre member, Dr David Megarrity, recently attended the Grand Northern Ukulele Festival (GNUF) in Huddersfield. As well as performing, David conducted and participated in scheduled workshops. He interviewed both leaders and participants of ukulele groups to find out what brought them to play songs on the ukulele together.
