A/Prof Megan Gibson is Chief Investigator on a five-year Australian Research Council funded study Exemplary Early Childhood Educators at Work (ARC-LP160100532). Three phases included a time use diary, focus groups and case studies to examine what exemplary early childhood educators do and what enables their work. The findings and recommendations provide compelling evidence to inform policy, organisations/employers and educators themselves about the highest quality education and care for children.
The newly released report is now available on the Centre for Child and Family Studies website.
