A new article out last week by centre member Dr Marie White offers new ways of understanding the work of early childhood educators when it comes to leadership. Marie’s work reports on a study that problematises discursive understandings of ‘good’ early childhood leadership. The findings add to the emerging conversation and new methodological approaches addressing complexity, diversity and contingency in understanding early childhood leadership.
