Divya is a Senior Research Fellow at QUT and Affiliate Scientist at QIMR Berghofer. Divya received her Masters in Human Molecular Genetics at Imperial College London and her PhD at Technical University Munich. Her research lies at the interface of psychiatry, genomics and biostatistics and focuses on understanding how environmental risk factors such as stress and childhood trauma interact with genetic risk factors to modulate risk for disease. Divya has published 62 refereed scholarly articles and 3 book chapters and works closely with national and international collaborators and is involved in several international research networks including the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium.
