Project description
This project will involve analysis of whole exome sequence (WES) data and associated clinical phenotypic data from a large cohort of HM patients (n=187). The goal is to identify new coding variants and genomic signatures predictive of disease characteristics.
Short Biography
After graduating from the University of Baghdad with a Bachelor of Community Health in 2009, Mohammed started working with the Ministry of Health as a public health officer towards the end of 2014. In 2016, he started a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Western Australia (UWA). During his postgraduate studies, Mohammed developed skills in statistical models and epidemiology, which he believes will help with his current research project.
