Amila Suraweera received a PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia. Following her PhD, Amila was employed as a Career Development Fellow at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge, UK. Amila joined QUT in 2014 and her current research focuses on understanding proteins and pathways that are dysregulated in cancers.
