Project Description
DNA damage is both a cure and cause on cancer. Analysing the DNA damage response on brain cancer is main goal of this study. Focusing on Repair protein hSSB1 and Transcription factor nMyc, and studying the interaction in DNA damage response in brain cancer, this project aims to shed some insight on DDR pathways.
Short Biography
I am a Molecular biology researcher from India. I have worked in proteomics and plant defense in my masters. My area of research is similar, except cancer can be pretty daunting and much complex!
