Labour & Organisational Justice – Briefing Papers

Labour and organisational justice advocates for the fair treatment of all workers, including student workers and volunteers. It encompasses all aspects of decent work including equal pay for equal work, non-discriminatory practices for accessing and participating in work, the right to a safe and healthy work environment, the right to collective bargaining, freedom from unlawful dismissal, and access to fair dispute resolution mechanisms.

Employment and organisational justice seeks to ensure all workers are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, promoting a more equitable and just work environment. It also encompasses exploitative working conditions including force labour and modern slavery.
