QUT Centre for Future Enterprise Global Leaders Forum
Trust is a barometer for change readiness, it impacts culture, collaboration and growth. Change occurs at the speed of trust. Trust indicators have long been a tool business leaders use to gauge their trust performance, with the Edelman Trust Barometer globally recognised as an industry leader.
QUT Centre for Future Enterprise Director, Professor Michael Rosemann invites you to attend CFE’s first Global Leaders Forum for 2022 where the topic of trust is on the agenda with special guest speaker:
Susan Redden Makatoa
Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate APAC, Edelman
Edelman Trust Barometer 2022, breaking the cycle of distrust
Susan will provide a deep dive into the 2022 Edelman Trust Barometer results for Australia, where the findings show high expectations of business leaders in addressing societal issues and declining levels of trust in media and government. You will gain insights how to build and maintain trust in a complex stakeholder environment, engage in robust conversation during the fireside chat, and network with industry leaders all curious in the pursuit of trust management.
After hearing from Susan, you can ask your burning trust question during the fireside chat, including:
- How can organisations design for trust management?
- How do leaders adopt trust governance?
- How can organisations use trust measures to create new value?
