Congratulations to the researchers Nadine Ostern, Shannon Colville, and Scott Murray. And a special thank you to Prof Cameron Newton and Cisco’s Terry Weber for being a part of the evening, as well as our amazing panel members; Bree Johnstone, Ben Youl, Andre Korte, and Graeme Hughes – for your insights and tangible examples that made the complexity of building trust with customers so intuitive and easy to grasp. It was exciting to learn from your best practices and openly discuss the challenges you face in building trust in and with technologies.
