Brisbane Trust Alliance, Oct | Trust Concerns

The Complex Dynamics of Trust Concerns

At this month’s Brisbane Trust Alliance event, we will focus on the complex dynamics of Trust Concerns.

Trust Concerns are apprehensions, uncertainties, or doubts individuals hold when depending on a person, organization, or system they interact with. These concerns can pose a threat to customers, potentially leading to their disengagement from a business relationship if an organization fails to identify and address them.

During this session, presented by Dr Nadine Ostern and Dr Marleen Voss, we will delve into the two major types of trust concerns, aiming to grasp their origins, and potential remedies.
