New research paper, ‘An abductive study of the executive leadership role in developing paradoxical thinking’.
CFE Postdoctoral Research Fellow Anne Marie Halton has had her paper accepted for presentation within the Paradox research stream of the European Group of Organizational Studies (EGOS) 2023 Colloquium, taking place in July. The paper is titled: ‘An abductive study of the executive leadership role in developing paradoxical thinking’.
EGOS is closely associated with the A* journal Organization Studies and is distinguished by its international participation and intellectual and scholarly contribution to academic conversations at the forefront of organizational theory. It offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase some of the great work undertaken at CFE to a global audience.
