The ‘WHAT’ of Digital Transformation of Government

As the digital era accelerates, spurred on by COVID, many governments are revisiting their trusted digital infrastructure and capabilities, both hard and soft. New legislation, new governance mechanisms, closing the digital skills gap, demand for integrated services and standards, new and sophisticated technologies, cyber-security, and controlled data sharing across the digital ecosystem are all part of the digital mix. This module considers the critical components of this Trust ecosystem, the requisite capabilities, and discusses what is involved in designing and increasing digital service adoption, data-driven transformation and building trust in digital government.
