Getting on at work: Progression and promotion of women with disability in the Victorian public sector
Congratulations to Jannine Williams and Robyn Mayes and the Disability Leadership Institute as recipients of the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector’s 2022 Research Grants Program. The grant is partnered with Duncan Chew and Maria-Grace Capito of the VPS Enablers Network.
This project will investigate barriers and enablers for career progression and professional success for women with disability and chronic health conditions. Findings will support organisations to understand how to create inclusive workplaces for women with disability and chronic health conditions to achieve professional success.
