Professor Deanna-Grant Smith (pictured), Deputy Director of the Centre for Decent Work and Industry, together with Anne Hewitt (University of Adelaide Law School), Craig Cameron (University of the Sunshine Coast) and Laura Grenfell (University of Adelaide Law School), have published a new article on equitable access to work-integrated learning in The Times Higher Education. The article responds to the first two terms of reference in the interim report of the Australian Universities Accord which emphasises a vital need for improving access to quality higher education. The article discusses changes that could improve the issues faced by students from equity groups with regards to accessing internships.
