Dr Sabine Baker is a registered Psychologist and Research Fellow at the Centre for Childhood Nutrition Research. She leads the Feeding Families in Tough Times (FFiTT) project which aims to develop a portfolio of solutions to food insecurity in disadvantaged families. FFiTT works closely with families with a lived experience of food insecurity and incorporates co-design and a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods. Prior to joining QUT in 2020, Sabine’s research focused on the prevention and treatment of children’s emotional, behavioural and health problems through behavioural family intervention.
