A/Prof Paige Little is one of three winners of the Translation and Commercialisation Pitching Award at the inaugural Queensland Health Research Excellence Showcase 2024.
Paige recently presented at the inaugural Queensland Health Research Excellence Showcase 2024. The event, hosted by QLD Health’s Office of Research and Innovation in collaboration with Life Sciences Queensland, aimed at recognising research achievements across QLD Health, celebrating the theme ‘Partnership and Translation’. Translation and Commercialisation Pitching Award Winner
Through a competitive process, Paige was chosen to participate in the pitch session. Her presentation’s title was ‘Equitable care for children with spinal deformity’.
Paige, one of seven presenters, was one of three winners of the pitch session, winning a $3000 Translation and Commercialisation Pitching Award from QLD Health.

The event was a great success and well attended by clinicians, notable researchers, and leaders from QLD’s translation ecosystem – industry, Venture Capital, and tech transfer.
