Jordan Davern

High-throughput 3D bioprinting of the tumour microenvironment

Jordan Davern is currently completing his industry-led PhD through ARC Training Centre for Cell and Tissue Engineering Technologies. Previously, Jordan worked as the Production Manager for Gelomics, a biotechnology start-up company focusing on 3D cell culture technologies and has completed his Masters by research on bioengineered vascular network formation and Bachelor of Biomedical Science at QUT. His PhD research aims to develop tuneable bioinks for 3D printing of complex tumour microenvironments containing defined physiochemical properties to study cancer-associated processes.
