Life has revolved around being a motorcyclist since I was 18. In mid-2000 after witnessing a crash where a car driver failed to give way to a rider I became interested and immersed in helping to improve motorcycle safety. Participation is wide-ranging: volunteer in community road safety serving on assorted road safety/motorcycle safety panels, committees and working groups, road safety auditor, executive member of motorcycle social organisations, practitioner and project manager.
