Dr Evan Nadhim

Research Officer

BSc in Operational Research (Alrafidain University College), MSc in Operational Research (Baghdad University), PhD in Safety Investigation (Queensland University of Technology)

Evan’s PhD is from the Science and Engineering Faculty at QUT. His research spanned construction project management, civil engineering, and the built environment. His doctoral was in investigating the relationship between safety climate and safety performance of the labour conducting retrofitting works in the construction industry. Complementing his PhD, Evan holds a master’s degree in operations research. This background further enriches his analytical prowess and equips him with a holistic perspective when approaching complex research questions to reach optimum solutions.

Furthermore, Evan is adept at constructing intricate models using various methodologies including NARMAS (Non-Linear Autoregressive Moving Average with exogenous inputs), ANN (Artificial Neural Networks), and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Evan possesses extensive expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. His skill set includes creating survey forms, overseeing the distribution and collection of questionnaires, conducting thorough data analysis, and performing advanced statistical analyses such as ANOVA (analysis of variance).
