Bonnie is a Senior Research Officer at CARRS-Q, and has been a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (AHPRA) since 2004. She is experienced in designing and conducting road safety psychology research. Her expertise is in facilitating data extraction through stakeholder consultations, focus groups and interviews; as well as using quantitative research methods such as administration of surveys and statistical analyses. Her qualifications include a Master in Counselling, a Master in Organisational Psychology, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also experienced in providing counselling support to people with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, pain management, insomnia, and decision-making. In the context of road safety research, Bonnie brings with her therapeutic skills and expertise to create a safe and non-judgemental environment that encourages the sharing of ideas, opinions and perspectives among road users and experts alike.
