CARRS-Q has been commissioned by the State of Tasmania to perform an evaluation of Tasmania’s Graduated Driver Licensing System. CARRS-Q’s research team have developed an evaluation framework for this project which informs key activities and dates relating to the project. The project team have extensive experience in the evaluation of graduated licensing systems, including the development and implementation of in-depth interview, survey and focus group studies with applicants and wider stakeholders. The researchers also have experience with linkage and complex analysis of road authority licensing, offence and crash data.
