This project is aimed at assisting the Australian Sugar Milling factory operations to maintain their high efficiency through benchmarking and a factory audit service.

Each factory identifies relevant issues to be investigated with experts from QUT to undertake an audit and factory investigation. Through the provision of a detailed report, each factory can take steps to resolve any issues identified.

This project is aimed at assisting to retain key knowledge capability for the Australian sugar industry while the ability to undertake overseas consultations has been limited.
