
Nathan Kimber completed a bachelor’s degree in science at QUT in 2024, majoring in biology with minors in environmental science and wildlife ecology. His first involvement with the Centre for Agriculture and the Bioeconomy (CAB) began as an undergraduate, participating in the Vacation Research Experience Scheme (VRES) and the Mid-Year Research Experience Scheme (MYRES), where he explored his interests in biotechnology. Upon completing his degree, Nathan joined CAB as Genetic and Molecular Biology research assistant.
