    Adjunct Professor and Strategic Biofutures Advisor (Queensland Government)

    Chris is heavily involved in the promotion of the development and commercialization of sustainable aviation fuel options worldwide focusing on safety, cost, environmental and energy supply security issues.  As Assistant Director of the Commercial Aviation Alternative Fuels Initiative (CAAFI), Chris manages the coalition of CAAFI stakeholders and provides leadership and strategic guidance to CAAFI’s State and Regional programs, Federal government interagency initiatives, airport authorities, and International initiatives.  Additionally, he is the Strategic Biofutures Advisor for the Queensland Government where he provides a direct in-market connection between the Queensland Government and key industry stakeholders across the entire supply value chain, both globally and domestically.  Chris helps identify and target strategic opportunities for North American-based biofutures organizations to establish operations in Queensland.
