Podcast Season 3
Season 3 of Making Inclusion Happen showcases the work of middle leaders who have played key roles in leading inclusive education reform in their schools.
This season, we are thrilled to work with guest hosts, including Associate Professor Jill Willis and Professor Linda Graham, alongside Haley Tancredi. Our podcast episode guests include Heads of Department (HODs), Heads of Inclusive Education Services, Deputy Principals, and other middle leaders.
Listen as we take a deep dive into the critical role of middle leaders in making inclusion a reality. Our guests share honest and practical accounts of their experiences, from collaborating with principals, engaging in professional peer-support with other leaders, and building capacity for inclusive practice through reciprocal relationships with teaching peers.
