C4IE member Dr Glenys Mann recently presented her research at the West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED) Ability Grand Rounds. Her presentation focused on the factors that support or hinder partnerships between professionals and parents of children with disability, offering insights from the parents’ perspectives.
Dr Mann explored how the roles of parents and professionals can complement each other in facilitating positive outcomes for children with disabilities—and when these roles might clash.
The CED Ability Grand Rounds is a free monthly webinar series featuring state, national, and international experts, keeping disability service providers up to date with the latest research and practices.
