Esther is currently an MPhil student in Burns and Trauma Research Group with the Queensland University of Technology. Before commencing in March 2021, Esther completed a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science. Esther’s research aims to examine genetic markers and proteins in the blood to advance the development of a diagnostic tool for burn wound healing and scarring.
