Having experience as a design engineer, manufacturing engineer, project manager, prototype sample shop manager, automation engineering manager and commercial manager in multiple international locations Bradley has developed strong engineering, commercial and management capabilities across all phases of the product design, manufacturing and sales life cycle.
Roger Langsdon

Roger is a specialist marketing and communications professional with a successful track record in growing an organization’s reputation and revenue through strategic marketing and high-impact communications. He helps organizations raise capital and take their brand to the next level through innovative thought leadership strategies and disciplined execution across digital and traditional media channels.
Roger is a regular speaker on innovation management and the creator of Planet Innovation’s BRIGHT innovation process and ‘Innovation for Impact’ workshops. He has worked with over 200 start-ups helping them navigate the challenges of commercialization and building a culture that fosters innovation.
Sam Harris

Sam has 20 years’ experience in production management, business development, general management and product development roles. He has been responsible for establishing a new high-tech manufacturing facility from scratch and, more recently, held the General Manager position in an engineering business.
