Worked as research assistant at Dr.Ulrike Kappler’s lab, School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences, University of Queensland, St.Lucia ( 2016)

Current Research: 

In 2017, received a scholarship from Australian Meat Processing Corporation (AMPC) and QUT and joined SEF, CPME as a PhD student.

The research topic is about the microbial conversion of low value co products from Australian red meat industry into probiotics or nutritional supplements.  This PhD project is supervised by Associate Professor Robert Speight, Professor Ian O’ Hara and Dr. James Strong
