    Current Research:

My PhD research sits at the interface of podiatry and engineering. Diabetes-related foot ulceration affects many people with diabetes through their lives, with significant impacts on a person’s quality of life and potentially leading to hospitalisation and amputation. My project applies advanced manufacturing technologies (3D scanning, computer aided design and engineering, and 3D printing) to improve the effectiveness, acceptability, and accessibility of personalised offloading treatment for people living with diabetes-related foot ulceration.
