    Dr. Raymond P.Fisk is Founder and President of ServCollab, a service research collaborative for diagnosing and treating humanity’s service system problems.

    Ray, an Emeritus Professor of Marketing at Texas State University, has dedicated his research to service-related topics, including service design, transformative service, and serving humanity. His service research has been published in numerous journals and presented at service conferences around the globe. Ray has previously taught at various universities across Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas, and has also had teaching experience in countries such as Chile, Finland, Ireland, Jamaica, Mexico, and Portugal.

    Furthermore, Ray is a former President of the American Marketing Association’s Academic Council and is the founder of the AMA Services Marketing Special Interest Group (SERVSIG), serving SERVSIG in various leadership roles. In recognition of his contributions, he received the SIG Leadership Award in 2016 and the Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award from SERVSIG in 2005. Additionally, he was honored with the Grönroos Service Research Award from the CERS Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management at the Department of Marketing, Hanken School of Economics, Finland, in 2012. More recently, in 2020, Ray was presented with the Steve Baron Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Service Community from the Journal of Services Marketing.
