Kathleen’s research examines the use of online platforms to communicate, engage and recognise donors. Kathleen has worked within the non-profit and social change sector for over five years, employed as a sessional academic and social marketing researcher at QUT, and research assistant at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. She also serves on the Management Committee for the Australian Association of Social Marketing, and has published research in national and international conferences and journals. Ultimately, Kathleen would like to see selflessness elevated above ‘selfies’ in the social sphere and contribute to increasing Australia’s donor force for the future.
