The 3rd annual Nudgeathon 2019 (Sept 8-10 at QUT) has been a collaboration with Queensland University of Technology Centre for Behavioural Economics, Society & Technology (BEST), the Behavioural Economics Team of Australia PM&C, and this year’s topic sponsor the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney General’s Office.
Using principles of behavioural science 17 teams travelled from 11 different Australian & New Zealand universities, 4 from State or Federal government departments, and 2 from private Industry to work and compete on a problem brief and present their solutions to a panel of expert judges from academia, government and industry.
NUDGEATHON 2019 BRIEF:
Develop “nudges” to assist increased engagement and participation in QLD court services such as Courtlink & Adult Restorative Justice (ARJC).
