Co-creation in Service and Customer Engagement (CCIS-CE) Symposium

The Co-creation in Service and Customer Engagement (CCIS-CE) symposium started in 2013 and is a SERVSIG affiliated research workshop founded by Dr Tom Chen. This symposium attracts approximately 20 people who form writing teams to submit to a special issue of an A Ranked journal (journal to be finalised).

Professor Mike Brady is one of the confirmed keynotes for this event with the other to be advised.  This event is partner friendly and has an excellent social program.  The venue is being confirmed but typically this event is held in a resort within an hour’s drive from SERVSIG with good food and wine and participants are transported to and from Brisbane.

The event in 2020 will be hosted by the Behavioural Economics, Society and Technology (BEST) centre at QUT that brings together the fields of economics, marketing and technology for the societal and economic benefit.
