QUT researchers are working to improve all aspects of animal production, including meat (red meat, poultry, fish and shellfish) and associated products such as dairy, eggs and leather. Our research addresses:
- animal health and wellbeing
- animal nutrition, feeding and feedstuffs
- improved energy, water and chemical inputs
- waste management.
