Doctor of Philosophy (Law) (University of Oxford)
Henry researches the regulation of artificial intelligence and new technologies. His current interest is in how to allocate, coordinate and enforce responsibility in complex digital supply chains. He recently completed a post-doc at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society, developing a distinctive body of original work about liability and responsibility for AI harms and risks. His experience straddles the scholarly and practical. He has nearly a decade's experience as a practising lawyer, specialising in commercial law for tech businesses, intellectual property and privacy.
