Reducing the harms associated with conscientious objection to abortion

Current state-based laws that regulate conscientious objection to abortion result in inequitable access, harms to women, and lack of clarity for health care providers. This project will critically evaluate the legal and regulatory options for managing conscientious objection, develop an optimal model for regulation, and guide translation of this model into practice.
