ACE Bootcamp – Paper Development Workshop – Call for Expression of Interest

ACE colleagues and friends, You are invited to put forward your expression of interest to participate in the 2018 annual ACE Bootcamp.

The ACE Bootcamp provides an opportunity for researchers to focus on the crafting and development of existing paper drafts, conference papers, previously rejected manuscripts and other file drawer ‘orphans’.   The ACE Bootcamps have been running since 2007 and over the years invited experts have included Michael Frese, Ted Baker, Harry Sapienza, Jen and Dev Jennings,  Mike Peng, Sara Carter, Gerry George, Harry Sapienza, Wouter Stam, Keith Hmieleski, Frederic Delmar, Benson Honig, Johan Wiklund, Ute Stephan and many other good scholars.   Plus ACE Director, Per Davidsson, and ACE Adjunct Professor, Dean Shepherd.

This year in addition to welcoming Dean Shepherd we are happy to announce that Joern Block will join as keynote and session chair.  And although Martin Obschonka will now lead ACE as the Incoming Director I am sure you will all be very happy to know that Per Davidsson as Founding Director of ACE will continue his involvement in the Bootcamp.  As in the past Per will take on the role as session chair and we may even be able to coerce him into doing a keynote address for us this year!

The dates for 2018 are Monday 17, Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 December and will again be held at Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island, Queensland, Australia.
