Ning is a Master of Molecular Biology graduate from the University of Queensland, where she was awarded the UQ International Excellence Scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomolecular Science from Griffith University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biopharmaceuticals from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. With extensive experience in molecular biology research, Ning has contributed to various projects, including RNA methylation in schizophrenia, insulin’s role in neuroinflammation, and protein engineering. Her work has equipped her with a strong foundation in molecular techniques, such as CRISPR, cell culture, and confocal microscopy. Going forward, Ning’s research will focus on the role of smooth muscle cell differentiation in disease, with the goal of uncovering its potential therapeutic implications.
