2022 International Forum for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine

2022 International Forum for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine was held at Mantra Legend Hotel Surfers Paradise on December 8-9, 2022.

This is the 9th annual forum/conference organised by ACCTERM since 2013. This year we brought together an impressive array of partners from around Australia and China with expertise in research innovation and clinical translation.

It was great to reconnect with our existing partners, in person, and over Zoom, and to expand the network links within the Australia-Asia area. We have 65 in-person invited speakers, panellists and delegates and around 200 online attendees from all ACCTERM CIs, collaborators, friends, and supporters over 6 sessions of presentations and discussions.

Forum Opening

Distinguished Professor Yin Xiao

Distinguished Professor Yin XiaoForum Chairman (Australia), and Founder and Director of ACCTERM, delivered an opening remark, welcoming everyone to the reunion both in-person and online. Prof. Xiao also presented a brief overview of ACCTERM in almost the last 10 years and an outlook of ACCTERM in the future. Prof Xiao has been moved to Griffith University in August this year. He invited a number of professors and senior researchers from Griffith to join the forum and facilitated potential collaborations between Griffith and existing ACCTERM partners in the field of biomaterial, biofabrication, personalised medicine and etc.
